Purchase with Scalapay

Scalapay is a payment method that lets you make an order online or make a purchase at our stores and then pay in three convenient instalments interest-free and in total security up to a maximum amount of €600.
Scalapay for online purchases

Select Scalapay as the payment method when you check out.
After confirming your order information, you will be asked to access your Scalapay account to complete payment. If you don’t have one, you can create it on the Scalapay login page before concluding your order.
The first instalment will be charged immediately at the time of purchase, and you will receive your order straight away.
The second instalment will be debited one month later, and the third two months later.
In the case of a return, the payment plan will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount of the instalments already paid.

 

Scalapay for in-store purchases

Create your Scalapay account in just a few steps. If you don’t have one, you can create it on the Scalapay login page.
Add the payment method, request the amount that you want to defer, and generate the barcode to present at the cash desk.
You will be immediately debited the first instalment at the time of purchase, and you can immediately enjoy your purchase.
The second instalment will be debited one month later, and the third two months later.
In the case of a return, the payment plan will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount of the instalments already paid.

 

How much does Scalapay cost?

Scalapay is completely free for the purchaser, provided that the instalments are paid by the established due date. You will be debited an overdue fee only if one or more planned instalments are not repaid properly by the due date. We suggest that you contact the Scalapay customer service department for more information regarding fees. Scalapay will notify you a few days before the due date of each instalment by SMS or email.
